Noadiah S. Eckman is a California Professional Geologist who serves as the managing geologist with Eckman Environmental Designs, Inc. He has worked exclusively for the past eighteen years with the investigation, evaluation design, construction inspection, and monitoring of on-site wastewater disposal systems for residential, commercial, and institutional facilities.
Tanya L. Leffler Has been in the wastewater and engineering business for over 20 years and has a degree in Geology from California State University. She has an excellent track record in interpreting policy, guidelines, code and regulations and permitting in the wastewater and construction industries. She has worked as a Wastewater Specialist for Jensen Precast and as a Project Manager for Women Working in Wastewater (WWW).
Eckman Environmental Designs, Inc. has almost 20 years of experience traversing the wastewater world. We foster important relationships with agencies in numerous counties, keep abreast of the latest technologies and stay current on new laws and rules in order to navigate regulatory compliance. We are creative, we look for and find solutions that are often overlooked. We piece together the wastewater puzzle efficiently and on budget.
Wastewater disposal and development can be a daunting and frustrating process. We work closely with clients to demystify the process. The development rights (i.e. bedroom count and square footage) of the property are linked with the septic system permit process. These issues are closely considered and intimately understood.
Clients have a say in what kind of system can work with both their needs and environmental requirements. We work with you from the initial consultation to determine the project feasibility, develop construction documents necessary to obtain a permit and finally assist in obtaining bids and overseeing construction. Where appropriate we will perform the necessary operation and maintenance work.
